The easiest way is by checking the log file, which would be the
"FAHlog.txt" file, or the unit info file, which is "unitinfo.txt" in your
folding directory.

The log file would state the time each frame/percent of the WU when it
has been completed and saved to disk, while the unit info file shows
the information in a much more concise way.
These are plain text files and do not contain any eye candy for any
additional information about what the client is doing. Please check out
