A sub team within Folding@Malaysia is simply a group of people running the Folding@Home clients configured with the same username with the same Team ID 2999 (Folding@Malaysia’s Team ID). Doing so will allow all points to go to the same username or in this case a sub team name.

Please be advised that by joining a subteam, you will not see points submitted go to your own username and you will also not see how many points you have contributed to the subteam. The stats will only show the cumulative points from all sub team members.

There is absolutely no coercion for Folding@Malaysia members to form or join sub teams. If you decide to join a particular sub team, please send a PM to the sub team leader (shown in brackets) with your decision.
